Course Details
This training provides QCs and Supervisors with essential knowledge and practical skills to effectively implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Good Hygiene Practices (GHPs), and a Basic Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system. It is designed to strengthen their ability to monitor and control food safety risks at operational levels, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
Participants will gain a solid understanding of food safety fundamentals, their responsibilities in maintaining hygiene and production standards, and how to identify and control potential hazards within their areas of supervision.
This Basic Food Safety course is designed for QCs and Supervisors in the food industry.
