The Gap Year Association (GYA) is a membership-based, nonprofit organization whose mission is to maximize the potential of young adults through accessible and meaningful gap year opportunities. GYA offers regular professional development opportunities for professionals in the gap year and experiential education fields through annual institutes and conferences.
