This class is for postdocs, MDs, PhDs, and MS students in mid-training, and for senior undergraduates, who want skills for, and information about, careers/functions in Biotechnology. This course introduces trainees to the world of biotechnology discovery & development and teaches real-world applications of bioscience in industry. Trainees obtain a basic understanding of the functions of Biotechnology, including business strategy, portfolio decision-making, and project management. Taught by alumni and leaders from various companies in the field, trainees leave with important connections to their potential future career.
