Circet Graduate Programme

The participant has successfully completed all learning and assessment requirements of the Circet Graduate Programme. This programme equips graduates with the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies required to accelerate their career development and make a meaningful contribution to the company’s operations and long-term success. The program comprises the following 8 workshops:

WORKSHOP 8: FINANCE IN CONTEXT


Additionally, graduates participated in briefing sessions to develop insight into the functions and contributions of the company’s IT, H-R, Contracting, Transport, and Finance departments.


Assessment: programme graduates have applied their learning through a comprehensive series of workplace projects and reports (BIP’s, Production Improvement etc..), and a final Capstone project.
