FIDIC Contract Management and Administration Course

This course delivers detailed introduction of best practices in the application and implementation of FIDIC's major works contracts (Red and Yellow Book) with special focus on the Engineer’s tasks related to project management as well as contract administration, through introducing practical cases and situations from the field.
