FIDIC Yellow Book Course

The training includes analysis of the main provisions of the Yellow Book 2017 Reprint 2022 and interpretation of the Contract Agreement and Particular Conditions for two water projects, in the light of the FIDIC Golden Principles and the mandatory requirements of the Bulgarian Spatial Development Act, Public Procurement Act, Health and Safety Labour Conditions Act, Obligations and Contracts Act. The participants prepared group assignments, writing Notices for case studies from real projects.
