The training includes introduction to the FIDIC standard forms and comparative analysis of the main provisions of the Yellow Book 2017 Reprint 2022 and the Green Book 2021. The certified trainers gave recommendations for the preparation of the Special Provisions in line with the FIDIC Golden Principles and the mandatory requirements of the Bulgarian Spatial Development Act, Public Procurement Act, Health and Safety Labour Conditions Act, Obligations and Contracts Act. The participants prepared group assignments.
