FIDIC Dispute Avoidance and Adjudication Board (DAAB) Course

This course is designed to share with the participants the requirements and procedures to be able to conduct DAB.

FIDIC has now brought DAB (1999) to DAAB (2017) on a standing format, enhancing their role in a construction project. The course mainly focuses on legal and contractual backgrounds, mechanisms, project management features and procedural rules.
