FIDIC Yellow Book, 2017 Ed. Reprint 2022

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the benefits of the second edition 2017 of the FIDIC Yellow Book. It provides a review of the structure and contents of the Yellow Book 2017 and clause-by-clause analyses of the book, giving practical examples and case studies. The certified trainer gave recommendations for preparation of the Special Provisions in line with the mandatory requirements of the Bulgarian Spatial Development Act, Public Procurement Act, Health and Safety Labour Conditions Act, Obligations and Contracts Act, Commerce Act, Law on Copyright and Related Rights and aligned with FIDIC Golden Principles.
