This 3-day course provides a practical foundation for understanding FIDIC contracts, focusing on contract management and administration principles. For participants joining on Days 2 and 3, the course is structured to ensure a clear and accessible overview of key concepts, roles, and procedures without requiring prior attendance.

It addresses core aspects such as contractual mechanisms, risk allocation, and good practices for effective project delivery. In addition, it introduces the main features of the FIDIC White Book and Gold Book, together with basic guidance on procurement and tendering processes, including preparation of tender documents and key evaluation considerations.
