Short Form of Contract, FIDIC Green Book 2021

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the benefits of the second edition 2021 of the FIDIC Short form of Contract. It provides a clause-by-clause analyses of the Green Book 2021, giving practical examples and case studies.
