The Introduction to FSSC 22000 V6 (latest version at the time of training) Training for Food Safety Team course takes an extensive approach to equip participants with the essential tools needed to effectively manage food safety and quality responsibilities. Aligned with both customer expectations and regulatory standards, this course provides a deep understanding of Food safety and quality management system requirements. Participants gain insights into the FSSC 22000 requirement which covers the 10 clauses of ISO 22000:2018, ISO/TS 22001-2:2009 covering PRP on food safety for food manufacturing, FSSC 22000 additional requirements and new additional requirements. Throughout the training, attendees engage with FSSC 22000 V6 Food system requirements and learn how to effectively implement and maintain the organisation’s FSSC 22000 certification scheme requirements. Tailored for professionals in food safety or HACCP teams, knowledge and understanding of topics such as food safety risk management, HACCP and continuous improvement improves significantly at the end of the training.
