Setting up an Incubator Workshop

Setting up an incubator, led by Ebin Ephrem Elavathingal, is a workshop designed to provide Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively start, manage, and assess technology business incubators. With a focus on a pragmatic approach from theory to practice.

This course is perfect for HEIs that have an existing entrepreneurship course/s or program/s, a dedicated entrepreneurship faculty, an existing physical or virtual business incubator or tech hub or are planning to set up one, and an active involvement with the private sector, industry, and/or social enterprises in the area.

Participants will have access to an array of multimedia resources and will learn how to analyze and manage the success of an incubator, as well as how to present an idea to an array of interested business parties.
