EMBA Workshop - Innovation Process

In this workshop, students learn the Competing Values Framework, one of the most powerful frameworks for creating value and innovating, and identify their personal strengths as well as how to complement their strengths with those of others. Working in teams to tackle live innovation challenges, students deepen and refine their skills in human-centered innovation, starting with the "fuzzy front-end" of innovation all the way through prototyping and user testing. The students improve their ability to reduce the uncertainty and risk inherent in innovative opportunities.
