Mental Health Champion

This course is specifically designed for members of organisations who are interested in learning about mental health and how to support individuals who may be experiencing mental health problems. The course provides learners with a comprehensive understanding of mental health, including its prevalence and impact, common mental health conditions, and the role of stigma and discrimination in perpetuating mental health problems.

The course aims to promote a positive culture around mental health and reduce the stigma and discrimination associated with mental health issues.
