This workshop leveraged creativity and innovation to tackle ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) challenges, by organizing participants into multidisciplinary teams of 4-5, embodying roles such as CEO, CIO, CTO, CMO, and CPO, to harness varied insights. Pre-event preparation includes engaging with content from Shashank Saggar, our domain expert (Senior Director in GTM Strategy and Product Management at ServiceNow), 3-4 days before the workshop, to ensure participants re well-versed in ESG fundamentals and ready to address complex issues with informed perspectives.

Outcomes:
By the end of the workshop, attendees gained firsthand experience in tackling real-world issues through a design thinking lens, enhanced their collaborative skills, and fostered a deeper understanding of how to generate sustainable, impactful solutions. The workshop is designed to stimulate creativity, encourage a multidisciplinary approach, and promote effective communication and presentation skills
