Bringing the Protective Factors Framework to Life in Your Work

The Alliance Certified Trainer credential is awarded to individuals who have successfully completed the Bringing the Protective Factors Framework to Life in Your Work Training of Trainers. Earners of this credential are granted a limited license to use Alliance curriculum and training materials to teach others how to implement the Strengthening Families™ Protective Factors Framework in their work with families and communities.

This synchronous Training of Trainers program is grounded in the Strengthening Families Protective Factors approach and is designed to deepen participants’ knowledge through interactive information sharing, facilitated dialogue, hands-on activities, audio, and video learning experiences. The program is offered on-site over three consecutive days or virtually over four consecutive days, with all sessions delivered live by the Alliance national training team.
