Career Readiness Program - For Educators

This badge is issued for the participants who completed the course requirements of "Career Readiness Program- For Educators".

The Career Readiness Track focuses on the soft skills needed by teachers in Egyptian schools to be placed in the right jobs and to advance in their careers. Rather than focusing on the technical skills related to the field of teaching, this program takes teachers on a journey of self-development and prepares them to face challenges in their rather dynamic work environment.

Learning Outcomes:

1. exercise social and emotional intelligence

2. react better to the fast-changing environment at schools

3. put a realistic plan for their professional development

4. revise their professional CVs and produce different versions for each employment opportunity
