Well presented and thought provoking. This should be a MANDATORY class for all SCU staff, faculty, board/cabinet/Trustees and long-term vendor/service providers/contractors. Is there an Implicit Bias/Implicit Association course offered to accompany this course? I'd like to learn more about the eyes that use the Lenses and their affect on the overall outcomes. Thanks!
